Maple Vinaigrette

Ingredients

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup diced onions

2/3 cup maple syrup

1 tbsp spicy brown mustard

1 cup neutral-flavored oil


Directions

  1. Place vinegar, onion, maple syrup, and mustard into a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds

  2. With the blender running, slowly drizzle in oil to emulsify

  3. Store vinaigrette in the fridge and use on salad greens or chopped cabbage for quick slaw
