Grilled Salmon

Use equal parts soy sauce and pure maple syrup.

Put salmon fillet into a Ziploc bag with the soy sauce and maple syrup. You can adjust the ration of soy sauce to maple syrup depending on your taste preference.

Let marinate at least one hour…longer is better.

Remove salmon from bag. Add fresh ground black pepper and grill salmon as you normally do.
